people took one look at him and thought one thing, guilty. If the presumption of innocence is not taken in to account by even one juror then there wouldn't be a fair case. Where here in the movie, at least this one man in the jury took into consideration the presumption of innocence, because he knew that the real purpose of the justice system was to lay out facts and give everyone a fair chance.
