…showed last 75 words of 1428 total…It's a shame that because of few corrupt cases congress felt they had to impose a law that would save money even though a minority of cases would be deal with unfairly. The attitude that it's ok to throw legitimate cases out because the majority of claims are bogus is a hasty generalization that should corrected. Isn't it our civic duty to stand up for the helpless, the ones that cannot stand up for themselves.
