A New Wave of Journalism A new movement against mainstream journalism, called "public Journalism," is doing away with sensationalized reporting and instead focusing on the needs of the public. There is no reason all publications and news-shows, who's true intent is being a respectable source of news, could not take on this new approach. If the current media cannot find it in them to change for the good of the people, then the people need a new wave of journalists.
