amongst all the stupid humor. Swift also had to work around the fact that by making fun of the aristocracy he was putting himself in danger of prosecution by the government. I see this as an actual advantage over Parker and Stone, who can make barefaced fun of just about anybody they want, because it made Swift be more creative and in his writing, less he be put in the stocks for week.
