If we have a vaccine, we already are containing the disease. Then comes the cures and treatments. Needle exchange programs are also needed throughout the United States. It is a proven fact that these programs lower the amount of people that contract the HIV virus from dirty needles. Third, abstinence needs to be the word about sex used in America for teens. If we get this message through, we can save a lot of lives.
