as being something to achieve. We do need to recognize the accomplishments of our loved ones and praise them when they reached what they set out to do. We also need to praise ourselves and not stress when we may not reach a goal that we have set for ourselves. We need to start small and then as we complete these accomplishments move on toward achieving bigger goals that we would like to see completed.
