…showed last 75 words of 893 total…not a tragic hero because she knew the consequences of her actions, she did not fall from a position of high ranking, and she did not make any great self-discovery in her fall. It is debatable whether or not what happened to Antigone should even be considered a "fall." Antigone, herself, would probably not have called her own death a downfall, or defeat. After all, in the end, did she not get what she wanted?
