In the end, I would use the Feingold diet over the other alternative treatments. Although there is uncertainty surrounding the diet, a child still becomes healthier and many people have agreed that the diet works. It improves a child's inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsiveness to some people that have tried it. Even though they are just people's opinions, and there were inconsistent results, I still believe the diet is the safest and best treatment to use.
