He is a threat to the United States as well as his own country and other countries in the Middle East. But is he more then just a threat? If they throw the first punch so be it. We should not risk starting a nuclear war because of a threat. The world's technology is far to advanced to start another war. If we throw the first punch, Saddam's retaliation could be much more harsh then we expect.
