As a Network Administrator in small I.T. department, I can see a direct relationship between typical Quadrant I and II activities and how I can focus more time in the latter to reduce the number of time spent in the former quadrant. I still struggle to see how I can create synergy between my work and family roles but hopefully I can take lessons learned in one domain and apply them to the other.
