work environment. My company's bottom line is dependant on program managers, who use critical thinking and decision making in capturing new business. Also, these processes are instrumental in maintaining our current and future base. However, some aspects of critical thinking and decision-making are absent at my company. Although, they have a strong hand in the intelligence community, I think they should think outside the box and try to pursue new business outside the intelligence community.
