In conclusion I believe that Rwanda is classed as a developing nation partly because it has suffered greatly as a country from the effects of the 1994 genocide and previous wars throughout the nation's history. The fact that the infant-mortality rates are so high and that so many infectious diseases inhabit the country proves that Rwanda's health system is severely underdeveloped. Another problem is the rapidly growing population, which needs to be addressed desperately.
