in it. Clearly, although competition along party lines can dominate decision making at times, both parties have kept in mind that they are ultimately both on the same side, divided government or not. Although the debate concerning divided government will undoubtably persist through many more unified and divided governments alike, one thing that is clear is that our government always find a way to work and work well, and that is what is ultimately important.
