aspect is the security. People don't feel secure giving their money and using their credit cards in this way. For instance, I use the Easyjet airline and I don't feel secure until I'm not in the plane. Well, nowadays, I don't feel secure even in the plane but this is a different subject.
Anyway, there is a long way yet and I think that, in the future, electronic commerce will be a real competitive industry.
