Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury
Part 1: The Hearth and the Salamander
First of all, let me start by saying that I have never read this book before. I enjoyed it very much although I did not completely understand everything, as it is in most cases with very intricate literature. This is why I started reading Fahrenheit 451 again. I will start by discussing Ray Bradbury's diction, the themes presented so far, and the character Clarisse.

end. "It's flat. City looks like a heap of baking powder. It's gone. I wonder how many knew it was coming? I wonder how many were surprised."(Bradbury 162) Another idea that seeps through it that we have the tools and the knowledge not to make the same mistakes again and again, but we forget about it...again and again. Just like a phoenix, or at least a phoenix that ought to know better by now.
