Lastly, due to the old, worn-out metre sticks the measurements made were not as accurate as they could have been because of the dull ruler. Improvements can be made by using more precise measuring tools in order to get measurements to be as accurate as possible. A relatively smooth ramp and wooden block would also make the experiment more successful because it would then be more accurate.
