After reading the poem - Valediction: Forbidding Mourning many times, I discover that the poem is talking about god or angels facing us as human beings. The author is telling us that it is like they can talk and live with us when we passed away. …showed last 75 words of 521 total…compass will not be functioned well since one leg can't draw a perfect circle. Additionally, there is a simile in line 24, a breach is compared to the gold. (A breach, but an expansion, Like gold to airy thinness beat.) Personally, I consider this poem as rather thoughtful and interesting. I like the author's use of words. I also think this poem is funny in a way that the author is telling us his love feelings.
