Juvenile Delinquency and Rehabilitation In my rehabilitation program for the juvenile delinquency there shall be several different aspects to rehabilitation and diagnostic planning. The boot camp shall be located on existing or closed military installations on sites chosen by my agency and shall have locations in several states.
