What is planning?

In the organization where this student works for, CEO provided both a strategic planning, which is a long term planning and a tactical, operational planning, which is a short to mid-term planning.

Conclusion
Since CEO plan on hiring more staffs in the near future, his action of organizational restructuring seems to be good and the organization is getting ready for expansion. He also encourages employees to gain more knowledge by training.
This organization starts to earn more revenues comparing to the last year.
