it is constantly getting more benefits and deals with this membership, secondly gaining similar partnership as the E*TRADE partnership, PeoplePC can actually gain more profits with its advertisement fees when its member's sign up with them. I would recommend de-emphasizing the "free" part of their promotion and stating what they are offering: the brand-name computer package, the unlimited internet access and special membership deal as the "free" statement may raise suspicion for the consumers.
