This is the vein that we, as actors, must be in in order to apply our modern day acting skills to Shakespeare. The use of method acting allows a modern day audience to identify with a certain piece; the understanding of the Elizabethan world enables us, as actors, to continue doing justice to the profound and beautiful works of Shakespeare.
