My son attends a prestigious church day school where I've often overheard the children call one another "pooh pooh head" and use other derogatory language. I, for one, will leave drug treatment as a last resort should my son start to show symptoms of school phobia. Thankfully, for now he is as bull-headed as his dad, and holds his own pretty well.
