who only cares that he's "behaving", then he'll most likely leave prison with the same negative attitude, if not worse. Conover's idea of correction, encourages inmates and attempts to send them back into society with a more positive stance on their world. Maybe if more correction officers adopted Conover's method's, there would be less angry and violent people in our society, and we would see the good in people first.
