"Organizational Behavior is the study of individuals and groups in organizations." (Schermerhorn, Jr., Hunt, & Osborn. p.3). All the organizations have certain kinds of behavior that they adapt to. Like the definition suggests, behavior in an organization is based on how individuals in certain aspects of a business act in different aspects.
