Operant conditioning is a very difficult subject to talk about. I say this because of all the different angles a person can look at it. Some extremes are an individual that believes that every single thing that they do from the moment that they wake up to the moment that they go to sleep is do to operant conditioning. I asked myself a question and before I had already picked that I was going to be more towards the side of believing that things are done by choice and not by controlled consequences. After putting together this paper I now believe that I am now leaning more towards the extreme that everything that we do is because of some sort of operant conditioning that we have been put through both learned and self taught.
