I have been questioning why certain organizations work in certain manner in this modern world. I wanted to find out the concept of this wasteful organizational mythology. I pondered long on my company's management blindly ignoring the reality of today. I did not find the answer, but with this class, I am beginning to understand why.

be well over 50%. So far we have lost the tow biggest customers that we had. One was Walgreen, and the other was Kinko's. Walgreen went with Fuji, and Kinko's went with Sony. I did not find out why they left our company, but in the news I read that they complained about our customer service, and our machines breaking down every other day. These results are so because they treat each worker like a machine.
