have to go through this but if the stress is sever enough to be causing the breakdown of organs a therapist would be a smart choice. Perhaps the therapist would be able to assist me dealing with stress. Stress can become a very powerful thing very quickly. The key to avoiding it is to leave yourself plenty of time and plan things out. You will find that it will help in the future.
