they are going dealing with, telling them how to solve their tribulations, when most of the time the individual pointing the finger cannot even come close to relating to the disagreement in question. I believe that the elected officials of the states, who are voted into office by the "voting age" residents, are reliable enough to be trusted to straighten out any minute discrepancies that may arise in the voting districts, which they correspond to.
