William Rehnquist was born on October 1, 1924 in Milwaukee Wisconsin. He was schooled at Stanford University where he received his masters degree in political science. These two justices have dedicated their lives to the American justice system. Both of them are seen as conservatists and were both appointed during changes of Chief Justices. Scalia still serves as associate justice under the new Chief Justice John Roberts. Rehnquist will be remembered by many Americans during the prime of his office in the 1990's. He leaves a legacy of strict conservatism and an astute student of the Constitution of the United States.
