What is sleepwalking about?
Sleepwalking is the disorder that a child wakes up partly, but not completely, at the night. It causes walking or other behaviors while the person may not remember it at all. However, sleepwalk doesn't mean one has an emotional problem, and they would be out-grown soon.

Can sleepwalking
be a murder defense?
Possibly. Actually there were at least 20 cases where defense against a murder charge was "I was sleepwalking and therefore, I was not myself at the time I murdered [him/her]..." And the argument has been successful at times. So, next time, when you get somebody mad at you, don't let him/her sleep in the same room as you with weapons aside.
