"Smoking or not smoking" is always the first question that we all heard in a restaurant. Thanks to New York Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg and Gov. George Pataki that will not longer be true in the state of New York. On March 31, 2003 at 11:59 was the last day to enjoy a cigarette inside restaurants, taverns, bars, and private clubs.

USA the Tobacco companies are losing the war against cigarettes. New York is one of seventy tree nationwide cities that have some sort of smoking restrictions that apply to indoor spaces. California and Delaware also have statewide bans for bar and restaurants. New York Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, a 60 years old ex-smoker is leading this movement. Despite the nicotine he could quit, lets hope with the help of his law others could quit as well.
