On the topic of philosophical thinking, I chose to look at Socrates. I think that Socrates, is the greatest example of a philosopher. I think this because I can relate to him the best. Since we first talked about him in class, I was awestruck by the way he was able to voice his opinion through his teachings. would have to bear the name of a worthless father, and be disgraced for the rest of their lives. If Socrates chose to escape with his sons into exile, his sons would have had to live in exile even after Socrates, their father died. This shows us that Socrates was educated in his decision, to die for his teaching. This way, we can see the consequences of Socrates choices, kind of like a chess game.
