I chose Coach Del Hessel from the University of New Mexico for my report. His look is entitled, Spirit of Champions and Why Athletes Succeed. As a coach, you should try to instill this drive into your players. Del Hessel was a successful college coach because he attempted to instill these seven elements into each one of his players. As a result of this, many of his players have gone on to be professional as well as Olympic athletes.
