The public issues, such as the commercialization of surrogacy, leads to reasons why a surrogate may decide to bear a child, even though the legal battle remains over the contract preventing her from creating a bond with her child. The issues regarding surrogate motherhood are many, complex, and intertwined. There is no set way to decide how to best approach surrogacy, if at all.
