Thomas Stearns Eliot, more commonly known as T. S. Eliot, was born September 26, 1888 in Saint Louis Missouri. Eliot in all the various readings I have done. What I learned was that Eliot was a very intelligent yet complicated man. He had very strong moral convictions and was determined to try and influence mankind. He had a profound impact on American Literature.
