The importance of this study, in my opinion, was to give information on the importance of sleep and functioning in everyday life. There is the ongoing debate as to whether sleep actually affects a person's everyday functioning, academic performance, and attitude, and this study gives evidence supporting that there is a correlation between these. I believe this study was worthwhile because it provides more information on this type of study topic.
