…showed last 75 words of 584 total…problem they were able to correct the government system. However, I do not concur with the judges ruling in this court. James Madison should not have been trailed because was ordered by the president not to give out the commissions. This was not his fault and I believe that commissions should not be sent out at the end of a president's term. This way the government can be balanced without the government favoring one side.
