Today, many communities are at war over zoning ordinances that do not limit the number of related people living in a single home, but do limit the number of non-related people from living in a single family home. Although, if Lubbock was to revise the ordinance or create a new zoning ordinance especially for students where they have to sign some sort of contract that says no excess partying, trash, cars or noise, and if the contracted was breached then the students would be evicted. Adding this contract or zoning ordinance could solve the problem if given a chance.
