The term war is defined as the following: 1) armed conflict or fighting between nations or factions. 2) Any conflict of struggle. Fighting for their lives, killings for survival and mental stress that will be with them the rest of their lives. I personally believe President Bush needs to have a larger role in the war besides only declaring war, and should have more to lose so the people know his judgment for war is justified and his willingness for personal sacrifice.
