Women In Math Over the past 20 years the number of women in the fields of math, science and engineering have grown at astronomical rate. The number of women which hold positions in these fields has more than doubled. In post secondary education women are filling up the lecture halls and labs where in the past where it was rare to see a woman at all. With these steps taken it helps to get the ball rolling so that women can be pioneers and break into the math, science and engineering fields and hopefully become role models or heros for future generations.
