What happens when employees lose respect for management? Eventually, the entire business will break down. Employees will stop following office rules because they do not fear the possibility of being reprimanded for their actions. When dirt and dust builds up on and inside keyboards and mice, it can cause them to malfunction. We have had to replace at least two keyboards and three mice since the beginning of the semester.
